Ross
W. Feinberg is a member of the California, Nevada and
Colorado bars. He is the senior partner of the law firm
of Feinberg Grant Mayfield Kaneda & Litt, LLP and has
received an AV* rating from Martindale-Hubbell on behalf
of himself and the entire firm indicating very high
to preeminent legal ability and very high ethical standards.
Mr.
Feinberg has the privilege of serving as a member of
the National Board of Trustees and National Faculty
for the Community Associations Institute (CAI), a faculty
member for UNLV including Construction Defect Law and
Nevada Homeowners Association Law and a faculty member
for the California Association of Community Managers
(CACM).
Additionally,
he has the distinguished honor of being a member of
the College of Community Association Lawyers for CAI
and has been inducted into the Million Dollar Advocates
forum. Mr. Feinberg received his preparatory education
at the University of Southern California where he graduated
with a Bachelors of Science degree in Business Administration
Cum Laude in 1981. He received his law degree from the
University of San Diego School of Law in 1984.
Mr.
Feinberg is a frequent speaker at local and national
seminars relative to Construction Defect litigation,
Community Association law and Consumer Class Actions.

ROGER
J. GRANT, ESQ.
Curriculum Vitae
Roger
J. Grant is a member of the Nevada, California, Colorado
and Arizona bars. He received his law degree from the
University of San Diego in 1989.
Mr. Grant graduated from Purdue University with high
honors and earned degrees in Business as well as Aviation
Technology.
He teaches construction law and homeowner association
law at the University of Nevada Las Vegas (UNLV). His
courses on Nevada homeowner associations are approved
by the Nevada Department of Real Estate and have been
attended by thousands of association board members,
managers and homeowners.
Mr. Grant is the past president of Community Associations
Institute Nevada Chapter. He has extensive experience
in the construction industry and is a former commercial
pilot.


CHARLES
M. LITT, ESQ.
Curriculum Vitae
Charles
M. Litt is a member of the Nevada and California State
Bars. He is the managing partner of the law firm Feinberg
Grant Mayfield Kaneda & Litt, LLP.
He
graduated with high honors from the University of California
at Berkeley and received his law degree from the University
of San Diego School of Law.
Mr.
Litt is a member of the Nevada Trial Lawyers Association,
the Consumer Attorneys of California, and the Million
Dollar Advocates Forum. He has taught continuing legal
education classes for the Nevada State Bar and the Nevada
Department of Real Estate. Mr. Litt has acted as a speaker
at the Mealey=s National Construction Defect Litigation
Conference, and serves as an instructor for the UNLV
Paralegal program.
Mr.
Litt focuses his practice on construction defect and
civil litigation. He has successfully litigated more
than one hundred construction defect cases in Nevada
and California.

BRUCE
MAYFIELD, ESQ.

Bruce
Mayfield is a founding partner of Feinberg Grant Mayfield
Kaneda & Litt, LLP. Mr. Mayfield limits his practice
to the trial of complex construction defect and toxic
tort litigation and related matters against developers,
general contractors and subcontractors. Mr. Mayfield
has held an AAV rating from Martindale-Hubble since
1987.
Bruce Mayfield was admitted to practice law in California
in 1973 after graduation from the University of California,
Hastings College of Law. He began his career as a trial
attorney in the office of the Ventura County District
Attorneys that same year. From 1975 to the present,
Mr. Mayfield's practice has been limited to civil litigation
on behalf of people damaged as a result of the wrongful
conduct of others. He has tried over 50 Jury Trials
to verdict.
In 1995, after handling numerous construction claims,
Mr. Mayfield decided to limit his work to representing
associations and homeowners in construction defect cases.
His reputation as a skillful trial attorney has permitted
Mr. Mayfield to successfully conclude over 95 percent
of his cases during mediation without trial. He is licensed
to practice law in California, Nevada and Arizona and
has been admitted Apro hac vice to represent clients
in Oregon on construction defect matters.
Numerous attorney and community associations have invited
Mr. Mayfield to lecture on courtroom skills, trial tactics
and construction defect cases. He is a past member of
the Board of Directors of the Consumer Attorneys of
California and a past President of the Ventura County
Trial Lawyers Association.
Mr. Mayfield has acted as a Judge Pro Tem, Mediator
and Arbitrator. He is a current board member of the
Channel Islands Chapter of the Community Associations
Institute, a member of the Central Arizona Community
Associations Institute and the California Association
of Community Managers. Mr. Mayfield has twice been nominated
as A Speaker of the Year by the Channel Islands Chapter
of CAI and was the year 2000 recipient of that award.

JOSEPH
KANEDA, ESQ.
Curriculum Vitae
Joseph
Kaneda, a member of the California State Bar since 1992
and the Nevada State Bar since 1996, is a partner in
the law firm of Feinberg Grant Mayfield Kaneda & Litt,
LLP.
He graduated from the University of California, Irvine
in 1989 with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Political
Science and a minor in Art History. Mr. Kaneda received
his Juris Doctor degree from McGeorge School of Law
in May, 1992.
Mr. Kaneda is a member of the California Bar and Nevada
Bar, Federal Bar for the Central District of California,
Orange County Bar Association, Clark County Bar Association,
Consumer Attorneys of California, and Nevada Trial Lawyers
Association.
Mr. Kaneda is a member of the Million Dollar Advocates
Forum devoting his practice to the representation of
homeowners and consumers throughout California and Northern
and Southern Nevada.

JOHNPAUL FORTIN

JohnPaul
Fortin is an attorney in the firm's construction defect
litigation practice group. His work also includes common
interest community law.
Mr. Fortin received his Juris Doctorate from the University
of Arizona School of Law in 1999. Prior to his joining
Feinberg Grant Mayfield Kaneda & Litt, LLP Mr. Fortin
was a law clerk with Raytheon Missile Systems Corporation
in Tucson, Arizona.
Mr. Fortin received his undergraduate degree in Justice
Studies from Northern Arizona University in 1992.
Mr. Fortin is a member of the State Bars of Nevada and
California, as well as the American Bar Association.
